Dear customer,

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.dressesonline.ie (the “Site”).

Please note that, while Ci Ci Boutique trading as www.dressesonline.ie  makes all possible efforts to protect our customers’ privacy, we would like to make customers aware that information disclosed while connected to the Internet may be transferred to the www.dressesonline.ie servers over a publicly available telecommunications network. www.dressesonline.ie  cannot be held responsible, and accepts no liability, for unauthorised access to the public network beyond its control. All information provided by customers is done entirely at the customers’ own risk.

We've updated our Privacy Policy following the European General Data Protection Regulation. We reckon is a perfect time to improve our relationship, that's why we invite you to check the upgrades we have implemented, always intending you can decide freely and transparently about the information you share with us.

We want to give you all the information you need:

What's GDPR?

GDPR is the new european data protection law that will enter into force on the 25th of May 2018 for all the EU countries. The target of this law is to give you a bigger control and security over your personal data.

Which data is affected?

This law affects every information related with you that can be used directly or indirectly for identification purposes: a name, a photo, an email address, your bank account, social media posts, medical records or an IP address.

Who is affected?

GPDR is applied over any organisation that processes personal information in the EU, regardless of whether is phisically located in Europe or not.

What should you do?

We have updated our terms of use and privacy policy, and they will be active from today. Please, read them carefully so you can get familiar with the changes we have made.

Some important changes:

1. Bigger transparency and clarity. We have arranged our Privacy Policy content so it's more understandable and accessible, remarking the most relevant parts and describing how we process your data.

2. GDPR updates. The new General Data Protection Regulation imposes the companies that manage personal data from UE citizens new obligations. As a result, we have updated our Terms or Use and Privacy Policy to better explain our relationship with our customers and users, and the management of their personal information.

We hope these changes are helpful. We would be more than happy to help you if you have any questions. You can contact us at Ci Ci Boutique (dressesonline.ie), 39 Pearse Street, Clonakilty, Co Cork, or by email: ciciboutique@hotmail.com. Kind regards,
