Ireland & NI - €4.50 (2-3 Working Days) - with DPD couriers
(DPD mostly delivers next working day delivery)
Orders placed on Friday before 12pm are dispatched same day and usually received by the customer on the next working day. But we do ask customers to be aware that there can be delays due to storms etc and especially coming up to Christmas and to allow 2-3 days. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on weekends are shipped the next working day.

USA & CANADA - €15 (4 - 10 working days)
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - €15 (7 - 14 working days)
Delivery & Returns
dressesonline.ie is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 7 days from your invoice date which is dated for the day you should receive it (excluding delivery charge), in accordance with the distance selling regulations. If you are looking for an exchange, we will send it to you subject to the delivery charge once the original item is received within the time frame. The delivery charge for exchange will be deducted from your refund if the exchanged dress is also returned.
Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 7 days from your invoice date unless stated that there is no return on them on their separate listing as some items are vastly reduced and so therefore cannot be returned.
A full refund or exchange will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service. Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required. We are not responsible for any damaged caused to goods in transit, so please insure that they are securely packaged.
Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
Send all returns to: Ci Ci Boutique, 39 Pearse Street, Clonakilty, Co Cork accompanied by the original invoice sent with the item with written reason stated on it for return.
Postage fees cannot be refunded.
We can offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour, or an item costing the same as your original purchase or if an item is less than your original purchase, subject to delivery charge. However unfortunately we cannot exchange an item for a more expensive item. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund excluding the original shipping charge to your account. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once. Exchanges that are also returned are non refundable - store credit will be issued
