Delivery Rates 

Track your shipment to see the delivery status. You should receive your order within 1-2 working days from dispatch. *** It is very important to keep an eye on your DPD delivery text, you should receive notification of when they will deliver your parcel. Please make sure that your dog is not around to tear your parcel as couriers will just drop and go! They may not knock on your door and most will just leave it outside. We do apologize for this, we have no control over them but you now know that your parcel could be left outside. We nor DPD take any responsibility for parcels getting damaged from rain or dogs as a delivery address should be provided where someone can watch out for their parcels. You can change address via the text notification you receive from DPD if you feel there will be no one home to watch out for it.***

Our returns policy is 14 days for refund (except postage) please see below for conditions. Returns will NOT be accepted outside of 14 days.

Post offices are open in every town so please ensure you send off your return well within the 14 days so it arrives back to us on time. There could be postal delays.

Ireland & NI  - €4.99 (2-3 Working Days) - with DPD couriers

(DPD mostly delivers within 1-2 working days)

Orders placed on Mon-Friday before 12pm are dispatched same day and usually received by the customer within 2 working days. But we do ask customers to be aware that there can be delays, even though we dispatch all orders on time, we have no control over any delays that DPD incur - due to a surge of orders, truck breakdowns, misdirection or storms etc and especially certain times of year like Christmas.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on weekends are shipped the next working day.

UK - (3 - 4 working days) 

EUROPE - (4 - 5 working days) 

USA & CANADA -  (4 - 10 working days) 

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND -  (7 - 14 working days)

Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that all items are available, we may from time to time experience an issue in stock availability and be unable to fulfill a customer order.  In this case, the customer will be offered an alternative or a full refund via an email through our order system.

Should you wish to cancel your order, if it is dispatched it is then too late to cancel it. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item you receive is damaged, you must report it within 3 days of receiving it BEFORE returning it and then wait for instructions on the next step. If you go ahead and return it without instructions you will not be re-imbursed for returns postage as it is our policy to issue a prepaid returns label for damaged items. If the item is worn and tags removed or washed then it is not returnable.

***Beaded dresses have been hand-beaded- slight irregularities & variations should not be regarded as defects. Because of the fragile beading of this garment, it is a normal occurrence for some beads to fall off- for that reason, a package of extra beads & sequins is included. Utmost care must be taken when wearing this fabric especially when it comes to accessories-it is a delicate chiffon fabric. We can NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF BEADS COMES OFF***


SEND ALL RETURNS TO: Ci Ci Boutique Warehouse, Unit 2, Brookpark Enterprise Centre, Dunmanway, Co Cork accompanied by the original invoice sent with the item with written reason stated on it for return.

The terms and conditions of this website are for online purchases only.

Postage/packaging fees will not be refunded.

dressesonline.ie is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 14 days (we do NOT refund postage/packaging charge), in accordance with the distance selling regulations. If you are looking for an exchange, we will send it to you once the original item is received within the time frame.  

Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke, perfume or any other odour. 

You should take care when trying on items to ensure that clothing is not stained with fake tan, deodorant etc.  Returns received by us after the 14 day returns period will be not be accepted and will be held without contact until the customer arranges to collect them.  We cannot accept the customer being away at the time of delivery as a valid reason for a late return.

All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 14 days from receipt unless it specifically says otherwise on the individual items description. 

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

A full refund or exchange or store credit will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Any items received after this date will sit in the warehouse until it is retrieved by the returnee for a period of 2 weeks and will then be passed on to charity if not retrieved. 

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund for the price of the item paid only. We do not refund shipping/packaging charges.

  1. Items which have been marked with make-up, fake tan, other marks / stains, odours of smoke / perfume or items which have had tags removed will NOT be refunded.  Such items will be re-sent to the orgininal delivery address at the expense of the customer.

  2. The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging intact  in an "as new" condition that you would expect to receive an item in.  The item MUST BE FOLDED - items returned "inside out", rolled or in an unfolded state CANNOT BE REFUNDED.  Such items will be returned to you at your expense.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will issue a prepaid returns label with DPD, we will not refund returns postage for damaged items so please wait until you receive a returns label.

Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service.

You can return via AN POST or COURIER of your choosing. OR

Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required. We are not responsible for any damage caused to goods in transit, so please insure that they are securely packaged. Please ensure that you keep an eye on your tracking number of your return as we can only refund when the item is received within the time frame of 2 weeks 

Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive the goods for the refund/credit to be credited to your bank account.


Exchange Items (Ireland Only)

If you wish to exchange your item for another size / style then let us know ASAP so that we can reserve the requested item for you.  Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that the images on the website and on social media are a 100% true representation of the product, screen resolution can effect the appearance of an item.  We take our own pictures where possible (in natural lighting) and are happy to provide any further information that you may require regarding the colouring of an item.  Printed fabrics may appear a little different, depending on where the print falls on the fabric and where it has been cut - this is normal and natural on printed fabrics and is not considered a fault or distortion.

We can offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour, or an item costing the same as your original purchase or if an item is less than your original purchase.

Exchange on sale items or exchanges outside of Ireland are subject to a further delivery charge.  If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund excluding the original shipping charge to your account. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
